A reservation is considered confirmed only when the applicable booking process has been successfully completed and confirmation has been issued by Cruisezz or the relevant booking provider, as applicable.

You are responsible for reviewing your confirmation carefully, including:

Cruisezz is not responsible for errors in information submitted by a customer. However, we will handle reported errors in accordance with the applicable booking arrangements and law.

6. Payments, Taxes, and Additional Charges

Payment requirements depend on the cruise, supplier, and booking method.

You may be required to pay a deposit, the full booking amount, or scheduled installments. The applicable payment deadline and amount will be disclosed during the booking process or in the supplier's confirmation.

You agree to:
